Step 4. Save deleted files from firewire hard drive to Mac.


You can now save the recovered media files in order to complete recovery process. Select the files you wish to recover and click on save button. Specify a safe location to initiate saving process. Shown in Figure (e).

Please Note: In order to save your recovered data, you need to purchase and activate the full version. Saving option will not work in demo version.

It might take a while depending on the size of the firewire hard drive. The bigger it is, the longer it will take to complete scanning. As long as you do not take any more data on the firewire hard drive, you are able to get lost data back in a short time. The concept is actually the same as USB deleted file recovery for Mac.
